CONTENT REMOVAL COMPLAINT POLICY & REPORTING

Content Removal Process

The Company has established a process for reporting and addressing complaints regarding content on the Portal that may be illegal or violate the Terms and Conditions. If you have a concern about specific content, please follow these steps:

  1. Submit Your Complaint: Email your complaint to content@webworkspros.com or click on the link provided. Include the following information:
    • Your name and address
    • Contact details (phone number and/or email)
    • A detailed description of your complaint
    • The URL of the content in question
  2. Alternative Contact Method: If you are unable to submit your complaint via email or the link, please write to the Company at the address listed in the Terms and Conditions.
  3. Investigation and Resolution: Upon receiving your complaint, the Company will:
    • Investigate your complaint within a timeframe suitable to the nature of your concern (typically within 7 business days for complaints related to potentially illegal or credit card association standard-violating content)
    • All reported complaints WILL be resolved within 7 business days.
    • Contact you if additional information or documentation is required to process your complaint
    • Take appropriate action to address the issue raised by your complaint, in good faith
  4. Content Removal: If the Company determines that the content is unlawful or non-consensual, it will be immediately removed, and you will be notified of this decision via email or electronic message.
  5. Dispute Resolution: If the Company determines that the content is not unlawful or non-consensual, but you disagree with this assessment, the Company will submit the dispute to a neutral arbitration association at its own expense.
  6. Other Content Complaints: For complaints unrelated to allegations of unlawful or non-consensual content, the Company will promptly remove the content if it is deemed necessary. You may not be notified of the outcome of such complaints.

By following this process, you can help ensure that the Portal remains a safe and respectful environment for all users.

Your Right to Appeal. If you disagree with our decision that your consent was void under applicable law, you have the
ability to appeal that decision to a neutral body at our expense. If the need for an appeal arises, you may send email
to appeals@webworkspros.com, and all use of content will cease immediately during the appeal process.

Unjustified or Abusive Complaints. You state that you will not make any complaint that is wholly unjustified, abusive, or
made in bad faith. If the Company determines that you have breached this warranty, the Company may suspend or terminate
your account.
